Godspell

By: Sara Hershberger

The wait is almost over! This year’s highly anticipated fall musical, Godspell, opens this Thursday, with performances running through Sunday night! After a successful tech week, the cast and crew are ready to bring this show to life, and you won’t want to miss it. Tickets are already limited, so grab yours while you still can!

If you haven’t walked past the theater lately, you’re missing out! The space has been completely transformed, featuring incredible murals inspired by the Beatitudes that are painted by talented Viz students and artists in our community!

In addition to the theater being transformed, this year’s production features an extended stage that reaches into the audience and there are even seats onstage!

Can’t wait until opening night? Upper School students will get a sneak peek during Enrichment this Thursday!

Most importantly, Godspell is the result of countless hours of hard work from the talented students both onstage and backstage. Be sure to come and support your fellow Vivettes! If you know someone involved in Godspell, wish them luck as they head into dress rehearsals and opening night this Thursday.

Get your tickets before they’re gone and follow @vizvandp for all things Godspell!
