Great 8: Start of Tennis Season

This past Friday our extremely talented Varsity tennis team served it up in Columbia, Missouri at the world-famous Great 8 Tournament. The owls looked to start their season off right with some fun competition and team building. Friday saw the varsity debut of seven Viz players, who were endowed with the wisdom and advice of more seasoned varsity stars. Together, the group powered through hours of tennis in the extreme heat and ended the day 2-1 overall. The team of twelve was led by fearless new captains Elisa Nunez and Elena Moolsintong. Now, they prepare to face Lafayette this Wednesday. We are expecting a real nail-biter, so make sure you come and support your Vivettes!
