The cast of the fall musical, Once Upon a Mattress, just wrapped up their fourth week of rehearsals. Mr. Strohmeyer, our fearless director, had the entire cast complete character analysis sheets to help flush out the story line as well as their characters'. Mrs. Isom choreographed almost all of Act I and the cast knew all of the group numbers, thanks to the musical direction of Mr. Schweizer. The set is currently taped out on the floor, which aids the cast in knowing their own limits in movement and where to enter and exit. Overall, there is a rough outline of the show--which is ahead of schedule. The show will run from October 10-12.
